I absolutely hate it when a business includes tip into their charges and they dont notify the consumer before hand! Two sandwiches, no sides or drink, came out to $41!!!! Why? Well, they decided to add a 20% tip charge that was about 7 dollars. No notice, no signs stating gratuity would be included. I know FORSURE that I didn't select tipping, and even the cashier seemed like she didn't want me to ask for the receipt.
