I bought a sandwich thru the app when I seen I ordered from the wrong location I called to let them know. A snotty rude supervisor by the name of Vladimir answered and was really rude. And laughing when I told him I was going to report him for the unprofessionalism knowing full well they have no phone number or way to report customer service or anything. This guys shouldn't even be manager poor ass customer service
My wife and I decided to share a sandwich from Subway. We ordered the Spicy Italian with a few customizations—we requested no tomatoes, extra olives, and extra cucumbers. However, the sandwich we received had tomatoes, barely any olives, and no cucumbers at all. It was clear that the person who made the sandwich only read the top line of the order and prepared it the standard way.
