They literally robbed me. I ordered a sandwich thru the app, had a receipt with the date, time stamps, store location and paid confirmation and they wouldn’t give me my $18 sandwich. The “manager” called the owner who allegedly said not to make my sandwich, even tho the manager saw and acknowledged my receipt. They didn’t refund me either.
If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. The overall experience—from food quality to customer service—was deeply disappointing. The staff member preparing the food was difficult to understand, and when asked politely to repeat herself, she responded with noticeable attitude. Restaurants should strive to create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return. Unfortunately, the poor service and unprofessional behavior here do the opposite. I recently ordered sandwiches from this subway for a parent event at our school, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The presentation was excellent. Each sandwich was wrapped neatly making it easy for our guests to enjoy the quality and the taste were outstanding fresh and delicious a huge shout out to Mary for her. Excellent customer service and to Frankfurt being so kind and helpful. This is truly an awesome store and I highly recommend them for any catering needs!
