The Worker there Maggie is so rude and a rotten person, very disrespectful and not personable at all. Will not be coming back
I recently ordered sandwiches from this subway for a parent event at our school, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The presentation was excellent. Each sandwich was wrapped neatly making it easy for our guests to enjoy the quality and the taste were outstanding fresh and delicious a huge shout out to Mary for her. Excellent customer service and to Frankfurt being so kind and helpful. This is truly an awesome store and I highly recommend them for any catering needs!
Standard subway but the restrooms were closed. As someone traveling through LA up north we had stopped by for a quick lunch. So restrooms being closed was quite inconvenient.. not sure why does this.
No restroom, unacceptable.
Made a online order, came to pick it up, made the mistake of not checking it. Ordered 3 footlongs and a 6 inch. Came home to see 2 ft longs and 2 y inches and on the app no way to dispute anything. Been trying to call the store for 1 hr no one answers. I am disabled and can't really drive distances. But right now this feels like a robbery. I have no way to get this corrected except to go back out and drive to the store and fix this when I can.
