The employees here will make you feel bad for not being able to speak Spanish. The lady working lied and said she never answered the phone when I called to ask a question at 6:47PM today. When I said it was OK to make a mistake but it's good to be accountable. She continued to say she never answered the phone. It's not hard to have integrity regardless of making a mistake.
Treated unfairly by the staff. They did not put my chips in the bag after I paid for a full meal (I never got to eat those chips as I was already driving when I found out). It wasn’t told about the $3 extra for the footlong and when I asked they refused. Terrible service, drive to another subway!
