If you go to this plaza, go somewhere else to eat and if you want Subway, go the extra mile away to the one on Venice and La Cienega. I walked in expecting to get a good sandwich, sit down and enjoy my lunch but it didn't work out starting with the "tap" card reader not working at their register. I had just used my card at the gas station so I know it wasn't my card but the employees put the blame on me. They charge for the bag, unbelievable
Walked In to taller Hispanic employee with curly hair swearing and screaming to the other employee. I front of me anda few other customers. The other other shorter employee with long hair was giving us decent service and looked to be trying to help us while the other guy was complaining the whole time.
Bad service
I went to Subway at around 07:19 PM on 01/12/2026 and ordered a meatball marinara sub. The two women who worked there were rude and decided to give me as little food as possible. I was given 3 small meatballs, was informed that an extra half slice of cheese cost $1.89, when I asked for spinach, I was given 1 leaf, with red onions, I was given one small strip of onion.
