Bad customer service... I was told I wasn't gonna be sold anymore sandwiches because I wanted to use more than 2 coupons... mind you the coupons do not state a limit of how Many you can use in store, plus it was 2 different orders with 2 different ppl paying and only because we walked in together she refused to use the 3rd coupon, and it's fine they want to have a limit, but the tone in which it is said to you also matters and her tone was not very customer service friendly, and after me telling her I understand 2 coupon lim... read more
Fui el día de hoy el muchacho q está atendiendo de muy mala actitud y se molestó p q llevaba cupones pedí un sandwich de tuna y no me lo quiso hacer q p q estaba muy ocupado y solo yo estaba de cliente pésimo servicio deberían de estar más al pendiente de su personal por que con cupones o sin uno paga su comida no es regalado y luego pagar para comerse uno lo q otra persona le quiera dar a uno no se me hace correcto
Came on Friday at 1:25pm. The front door was locked with the keys in the lock, so I knew somebody was there. About 15 minutes later, a worker came from the back and sat down. I went up to the door from my car and she opened the door and said, "I'm on break for 30 more minutes." Came back and ordered. The bread was old and hard, and I ordered a veggie sandwich and was stingy with the vegetables. This place needs a serious wake-up. 14$ for a veggie footlong(no avocado).
