It's a clean place to eat, and the staff is very friendly. There's just one important detail: you can't use the restroom, even if you're eating there. This is because of the homeless people—people like me who work on the street and don't have a designated place to use the restroom. When we eat or want to wash our hands, we can't because they don't allow us to use the restroom. I make a complicated sandwich and I need them to let me tell them how I want it made instead of asking. Happens everywhere and it confuses them. Good food good service.
There was only one person working when I went and she clearly looked like she could've used some help during the lunch rush, which is usually 12pm to 2pm or something like that. Because I went around 1pm and by the time I was done, there were 4 customers waiting in line. I was at first frustrated because she was slow but after receiving my sub, well she really put effort and made it exactly the way I like it that at the end, I just felt bad she didnt have any help.
