Extremely disappointing customer service. The manager, Socorro, was by far one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered. Additionally, the bathroom had no soap available, raising serious concerns about hygiene—especially for the staff.
I had a wonderful time there, first I came to ask for directions to the nearest boba shop and they told me very kindly, then I came back to get a sub and they made it perfectly, they were also very nice and the bathroom was absolutely spotless, if you want a sandwich or sub in the area around UCLA/Wilshire corridor I absolutely recommend this subway lol I got a sub with salami, pepperoni, provolone, spinach, etc, it was so good rah, totally recommend
