Ordered from the app. Showed up 20 minutes later only to find out they didn't have the ingredients needed for my sandwich. So I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to order anything else off the menu. Turns out they weren't able to give me a refund. So my only other option was to choose another sandwich or to have my name written down on a piece of paper so I can come back and redeem it on a different day. Friendly and efficient service as I observed the customers ahead of me being served and as well as for myself and the people behind me. I had a great turkey wrap combo meal with the cookies option and a root beer drink. Time and money well spent at Subway on a snap decision to get lunch there. Glad I did
