Sandra is the best!
Ordered a BMT on the app, got double meat and used up my $2 reward only to receive it toasted. I don't enjoyed toasted sandwiches and I didn't order it that way. The meat and mayo were warm when I got home and it tasted gross. I had a labor intensive day and was looking forward to it. I was too tired to return the sandwich. Nothing wrong otherwise. Very unpleasant experience. Woman working was definitely in a bad mood, we said hello and started making conversation.. couldn't understand what she replied, she never looked at us. We were standing there for a few minutes and then finally left, I said have a great rest of your day, she never said anything. Do not recommend this subway. .
