Need better customer service the way you talk to a person is everything differently if it you first time
I think the employees would have more free time to play around on there phones if they took care of orders efficiently. I wanted to go in and pick up my sub as there was a car in the drive thru, NOPE doors locked. Had to wait in line 20+ minutes for them to complete 1 sub for the person in front of me. Only to get up to the window and they don't have my drink ready and get home to a cold meatball sub. Would have been a lot easier to just go in and grab it but then employees would have to socialize and could not be on their p... read more
