I should’ve listened to the other 1 star reviews. Don’t waste your time at this location. Customer service is in the toilet! No wonder the place was empty, not a soul in sight. Staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful. I should’ve known better because when I told her I wanted to heat the meat up first she rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her. Then. Ordered drive thru and got home to see my daughter’s sandwich had mayo when I expressly asked for it to be plain and no mayo. Drove back to restaurant to replace sandwich (which they did with significant eye rolling and attitude,) and then my daughter texted me that her drink had a “floaty” in it. Showed staff the photo said they couldn’t do anything for us not even for the hassle of having to go back. My daughter asked if she could get a bag of chips instead. Hey guys --- Next time you have me wait at the drive thru for around 7 minutes to place my order only for me to wait 7 minutes at the drive thru window, only to inform me that you don't have the cheese wanted and my meal isn't made --- Can you kindly tell me to turn off my car? Idling for that long is really bad for the car. I appreciate it....thanks
Earlier I had a 1 star review in which the situation was that they would lock the door during the day, turn off their headset and/or insist on only taking online orders. That seems to have changed. The doors, now, were unlocked, there were people behind the counter taking orders, and the food was just fine. Very pleased to see these positive changes.
