They have the best price and best food
Terrible customer service every time I visit this location. The staff is consistently rude, with no communication skills or basic hospitality. Especially the man working there—he’s extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk loudly in their own language while preparing orders, which is really annoying and makes customers feel unwelcome. On top of that, they don’t even wear proper head coverings while handling food. Just a bad experience overall—won’t be returning.
Terrible location, Rude, unprofessional and absolutely no sense of customer service. They act like they’re doing you a favour. Definitely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The whole staff at this location is AWFUL. The staff seriously needs training in both basic manners and food safety. And please learn ENGLISH. Especially the man working there- he’s arrogant, disrespectful- if you can’t be respectful to customers, you shouldn’t be in a customer facing job.
This is a breakfast sandwich from subway now... pretty much just eating a bun.
Staff got no manner, doesn’t know how to take orders or talk back properly. Need to learn customer services, and obviously how to talk.
