Got simple subs and they had NO cheese, and non where toasted. Salsa instead of pizza sauce. And barely any meat to the subs. And no phone call or anything to ask if anything is okay to be replaced. And who in their right mind changes pizza to salsa anyway?!?!
Horrible and disgusting!! Couldn't eat my sandwich. I had three bites and had to throw it out. The bread was stale and hard as a rock on top. The cashier didn't even finish bagging my stuff before moving on to the next customer. Subway should really focus less on lame gimmicks and more on training employees properly.
I do not know whether subway had discontinued “ Grilling wrap” or what. I got the wrap today, and above is the case they would have inform me earlier that they don’t have griller to grill the wrap, and I had to eat the cold wrap, which was definitely not a good experience for me.
