I never leave reviews. After this has happened multiple times I have to speak on it. There have been multiple instances of the line stretching at this location not because it's particularly busy, but because they will only have one person working on actually making and fulfilling orders. Today, there was one employee who was in charge of taking orders, making the sandwiches, and taking payment, while another employee walked around and was wiping down windows and refilling the chip stand (which was not empty). I have placed two online orders here and both times I arrived and they were not ready. I place an online order as I don’t have time to wait and yet they failed to have it ready. Very disappointed! Don’t come here.
