Placed my order on my phone, waited 25 min before going to get it, she didn’t start it until I walked in and asked about it. Made sure to tell me to only grab a small drink for my meal, and then didn’t even toast the sandwich because apparently the toaster just broke before we walked in. Anything is possible but given that the shop was dead, she had 25 min to make my food and didn’t start until it should have already been done, I am guessing there is a possibility she just didn’t want to toast the sandwich. Update 01/07/26: NEW OWNERS and things only got worse. Dirty store. When I asked for extra onions and green peppers I was literally given 1 extra pieces of each on a footlong. Typical cheap subway ownership with zero corporate oversight. I won't go back. The employees are a joke. Poor attitude, rude, act like they can do whatever they want without consequences. They'll have the door locked during operating hours because they don't feel like working. The bathroom was an utter nightmare. Hasn't been cleaned in weeks.
Worst management and the quantity is less and we pay for the whole sub but we don’t get the minimum.
