The subway says what time they will open but, they do not open then the lady inside hides and when she saw we weren't going away she stated she would be open in an hour if your hours are posted that is the time you open you do not make it up as you go along. This is not acceptable

It is 10:06pm and online it says they close 10:30pm and they closed the door and said that it was closed. Also the door says they close 11pm
