Jamar was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Made an amazing sandwich and gave astounding customer service. Just awesome!
I went in after my son's Karate class at like 6:30pm. Theres only 1 person in front of me. I'm only there to get a cookie and chips. The lady at the counter, did not acknowledge me and my son standing there, she was on the phone video chatting - private (not work related call) and she knew we were there because initially she looked at us, which i thought it was to take our order, but instead it was to continue her personal coversation. Very friendly. And helpful. My order had an error and they called to help fix the issue
Maritza who was working at this location was rude, distasteful and would not assist my wife and I. We placed an online order which still isn't ready and it's 45 min past the time it was supposed to be ready. She now refuses to cancel the order and is completely ignoring all the patrons in the store. I have never had a worse experience.
