Every time I come here, the two workers just stare at you as if they have never seen a human being before. So awkward, and it seems like they are really judgmental. Customer service is subpar.
I placed an order online. My email said I could pick it up at 6:36 p.m. I arrived on time for my order, but the worker did not have my order ready. She refused to place the order and she just said, "I'm going to lunch at 6:45.” Then I thought to myself “if they can not handle the workload, they should close the restaurant instead." Terrible service. They delivered it at 7:11 p.m., and according to the receipt, it says 6:36 p.m.
Caro saw me and walked away and said she'll be right with me but she was just staring at the fridges with an empty box. After she proceeds to yell at Mari to help me cause she's to busy doing a whole lot of nothing.
absolutely terrible this place is as i walked into the store i was immediately stepped in piss and once i made it to the counter they commented on my dog as he is a service dog and they stated why "do you need him" and they began to mortify my dog with his looks and then began to laugh at me and started to throw olives at me TERRIBLE experience and i hope that the same does not happen to any other unfortunate customer. (ps i left a picture of me and the service animal in the description)
