I've been here four times. The food has been good and so is the service but the last time I went I did an online order. When I got there the sandwich was not even made. I got a chicken bacon ranch. They did not have any lettuce. Did not have any cheese and to top it all off they did not have ranch either. Needless to say I won't be back.

Terrible customer service. I was the only person there, but the staff were more interested in filling the online orders or taking their break than making me a sandwich. They didn't have the full ingredients for a Spicy Nacho sandwich, which they advertise as an option. The food was tasty in the end, but that's it for positives.
I had such a great experience thanks to Rafael! I went to two different Subway locations looking for broccoli soup — it’s my kids’ favorite — but both were out. When I arrived at this location, they were also out of soup. While I was on the phone explaining to my kids that there wasn’t any soup available, Rafael overheard the conversation and went above and beyond.
