Don’t mobile order since their workers can’t read, this has happened twice now at two separate stores like I just don’t get it?? The ticket has everything that’s supposed to be on the sandwich and it’s like they just see the name and put the basic items without even looking at the ticket? Both sandwiches had items either missing or switched and one had a completely different bread. Just go in and order it’s wild.
Very disappointed. I placed an order online. They canceled my order and when i tried calling they put me on hold, after a few moments later they answered and then hung up on me. She said her name was Jovani. When i walked into the store there was one customer in there that the Mexican girl worker was assisting. I replaced my order even though the money was taken out of my account already, and for some reason i was charged more than i was charged on the app Im very disappointed in the service here today.
Visit in the evening ,The restaurant is clean,and staff is friendly ,I’m satisfied with the sandwiches I purchased ~
My husband waited for 20 minutes in line, gets up to the front, and worker said, sorry, I have to close the register, it's closing time! What?!!
