I will not be coming back to this location. I order a Philly cheese stake thought the app. Part of my sub had no meat at all. The other half of the foot long had almost no meat. This is basically the only sub I order when going to a sub way and have never seen it made like this before. I'm not sure if they were unhappy I had a reward for the sub or what. “Amazing customer service! The staff at this Subway were very friendly, patient, and professional. They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted and kept the place clean and organized. The service was quick, and the overall experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”
Tuna quality isn’t the best here for some reason. Charges a couple dollars more than the one on Maple or Wixom rd. and they very skimpy. I get it things went up but come on charge more and give less than other surrounding subways? No thanks.
Always a bad experience. Will never return to this location. Everytime I go something isn’t working like the oven. Everything looks nasty behind the counter. Never again
Employees should be trained on customer service. Went in for lunch. Had a coupon. First, the guy acted like using a coupon was a huge inconvenience for him and demanded to know which one I was using before he made our sandwiches. Second, when asked to confirm what sandwiches qualify for the deal, he responded that it was on the coupon. Third and most egregious, when I asked at the end if he needed me to rip out the coupon (many places don't and they just type the coupon discount in after verifying) he could have simply said ... read more
