Unfortunately the entire experience was off. We let the sub artist that was working on our subs know that the sub she was trying to give to us was not actually 6 inches and instead of her fixing the error, she says "that's just how our bread is." Well, if you know your bread is not the correct length, someone should make sure the bread is proofed for the correct amount of time, rather than continue to sell sandwiches that have false lengths. Not happy with the service I come here on my lunch breaks and apparently they prioritize online orders above in store orders.. doesn’t make any sense to me had to wait extra time before I could even order for you to make an order for someone that’s not even here. The freshness of the ingredients are a hit or miss the spinach was really wilted and that’s the healthiest thing there so I try to pile it up but I would rather have fresh spinach than wilted to pile up on my sub wont be back anymore
