Perfect experience in every way tonight thanks to my Sandwich Artist, Jason! Jason met me with friendliness and a smile so off to a great start. I went in at 7:30 pm for dinner on Thursday to get the turkey Meal of the Day and upgraded it to a foot long for $3 more for a work lunch tomorrow. Just recently went here for the first time and we had the friendliest server she was and brunette lady who was so helpful and so friendly it was a pleasure just ordering food from her. The sandwich came out delicious and of course nutritious she who was the year to accommodate our requests and give us a perfect amount of vegetables
I ate half of my sandwich before noticing there was mold on my bread!
The place is clean and the employee was great, but they have extra arbitrary restrictions on top of the already restricted coupon rules. The manager would not honor the BOGO coupon outside of the "deli classics" citing an "only one meat per sandwich" policy for coupon purchases. The coupon states nothing like that on it.
Excellent customer service! The store was very clean and organized, and the new food display looks beautiful and inviting. Everything was fresh when we arrived right at opening. The owner was very kind and attentive. Overall, a great experience!
