My wife and I were at another Subway this evening near Everett Mall and had horrible customer service; the employee was very judgemental, rushed our decisions, and then forced payment prior to making sandwhiches, all while helping another customer. We came over to the Subway on 4th and the energy we were met with was a refreshing experience. We will definitely be back to this location over others in the area.
Stood inside for 10 minutes never once saw a person come to the front. Counters and containers are gross and dirty. You could've walked behind the counter and made your food for half the time and cost.
Not bad for a quick bite.
