his happened three weeks ago. I called to order four platters for the church youth group two days before the pickup date. The person who took my order was Sony. My husband arrived at the store at the scheduled time, but there was only one person working on a Sunday. It seemed like they had no intention of sticking to the pickup time, as this one employee was preparing my order while simultaneously taking and serving other customers. Great food, service, and kind workers who are prompt and help you with Care! Came in and a newer worker (three months) helped me; great service! Awesome experience here.
July 16 @9:30pm whoever this girl staff is she is very rude and definitely is on a loot. I got a nashville style sub which mentions Habenero jack cheese on it but she said she will charge us extra bcz it's Habenero. If you need to charge extra you might as well not mention it in your standard ingredients. Having such employees ruin the reputation of an food outlet. I would never go back to this place if she is working. Worst experience.
