I use to work at a Subway and the level of service I received tonight was beyond disappointing. The staff aren’t trained well, reading what goes on the subs from a chart and still getting them wrong. The one guy seemed to be looking at customers for help and looked beyond confused during every order. No grill at this location anymore. Had to come home and grill my own wrap. Please train your staff better, they need more confidence. Not fully trained staff has become a regular problem at this location for over a year now.

Really got disappointed with this store. I waited for longest time the lady ahead me has pretty big order. Upon my turn the guy didn’t even smiled, I felt so rude. The guy was working like someone forced him to work there. Very Unprofessional behaviour even the employee don’t know how to greet customers. I asked for double cheese he didn’t even put evenly the cheese was falling on other side.
