Dear Subway Customer Service, I would like to file a complaint about my recent experience at one of your stores today. I ordered a sandwich and politely asked if it could be toasted on the grill. The employee refused and told me the grill is only used for wraps. I explained that I didn’t think it would be a problem, but she refused without trying to help or offering any alternative.
