The bread on my sandwhich was old and stale-hard to eat. The person making the sandwhich was in a bad mood and rude
I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The food is rarely fresh, and the restaurant is consistently dirty. But my most recent visit was the worst yet. The employee looked visibly annoyed to put down their phone to help us, didn’t greet us, and refused to start my order because my friend was still browsing—saying she didn’t want to “walk back and forth.” We decided to leave without ordering. It’s disappointing to see such poor service and lack of professionalism. I don't know how they stay open.
I was actually told by the employee (after purchasing my sandwich) that he would never eat at this location. Made me rethink eating my sandwich and wish I had asked for my money back.
