Ordered via the app. ordered a cookie as you see I did not receive it. I drove back to the store and the employee said “i packed the order and i put it in there” but As you see here. no cookie… I also had to go return to the store to get the bag of chips that was left out of my order. When i approached her about this she just nodded her head to the area where the chips were. If it’s a pickup order it should be ready in full with the chips and cookie that was ordered. Don’t come here. Homeless people sleep outside and will walk into the restaurant and hang out. Upon leaving two homeless people followed me to my car begging. Staff look very unhappy and couldn’t care less about any requests or complaints. Disgusting.
Order was never complete , ordered combo missing chips . The sub was over toasted.
