Staff is very unwelcoming and rude. They said no when I ask for olive for my nacho, and said doesn’t matter if I don’t like it, I have to take it. No customer service here, not their store so they don’t care
I live in Cameron Heights and this is the best Subway by far in the area there is a few of them spread out from my location. The Riverbend location is horrible! all the subs are made really good and they don't cheap out on the meat. I always order on my app and everything is made in a timely manner. They're also open till midnight as well which is crazy! 🤣 I highly recommend this location as I've never had a bad sandwich yet.
waited over 30 minutes to order the people working had no idea what they were doing one person working just stood in the back on there phone not helping when it was busy. terrible service would never go back there
Ladies chaavi who work there is vry unwelcoming and abuse customers in foreign language really bad service
