Wow this specific franchise is absolutely horrible. They actually give u less meat than other subways... that would be like going to McDonald's and they short you on a pattie on ur burger... unbelievable they ought to be ashamed ..
New owner is trying to run this place with 1 employee to save on labour costs in busy hours at dinner time. This is causing Poor customer service and customers are getting angry for waiting so long and mistakes are happening in preparation of orders as well.
One of the most worst experiences ever had,very litle toppings, I bought 2 12" subs, and I ask to cut and wrap separately for convenience and they charge as 4 -6" subs, even paper bag the one footlong usually comes in... they want extra money very disappointed
Really bad with the portion size. They don't read the notes for extra or more lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Got half a bowl of tuna salad for my order. It was not worth it. It looks like they don't want to serve the customers and save the cost only. Never want to go back to this location again. The salad bowl was a rip off today. I am very disappointed with Subway if thats what they say is their standard. Obviously other locations have a better standard and a great portion size.
