the employee working on saturday september 5 at 2pm was extremely passive aggressive and clearly had more important things to do with her time, she didnt want to serve me even though i was the only customer in the store and rushed to push me out of the store, she misheard me multiple times despite me being very clear, and was extremely sassy. Worst Subway experience I've had. As regular Subway customers (3-4 times a week), this location completely misses the mark. I placed a pickup order, and not only was the sandwich completely un-toasted, but it was missing critical ingredients entirely (no cheese, no olives, no crispy onions), and the portion of meat and veggies was roughly half of what standard locations serve. Waited roughly 30 minutes to order because the only employee was untrained and "new here", despite being only one of two customers. The other customer was also ignored as the employee seemingly dismissed us in order to do random tasks. Did not know the menu items well, nor did they know where the "snackwhich" bread was (which seems to be common across all Subways), and was not asked if I wanted a different item, instead I had to wait until another employee arrived to direct them.
