Me and my boyfriend ordered online and when we got the food, my boyfriend‘s food was completely wrong and my food had The wrong bread on one side and the right bread on the other. We’re both really upset, especially since we are unable to get our money back now
Went to subway at terweillegar rec centre today. I was really hungry and decided to order a foot long sandwich. While, asking for vegetable I asked for extra vegetables which is allowed and the employed had the audacity to say, “you are not buying the whole store how am I going to close this”. And he wasn’t joking and was dead serious and wouldn’t let me add more. Terrible costumer service especially to hungry people. Never coming back here again. Subway figure it out. 1 star because the food was good.
Lady working was very rude. I ordered online to get a discount, while I was standing in person. I told her I didn’t select any of the toppings/bread/etc, but I will tell you face to face since I’m already here. She proceeds to keep going with the order on the receipt in front of me, even when I told her don’t follow that. I kindly said what I wanted, but she was raising her tone and giving me sass, she said “your order says white bread, not Italian herbs…your order says tomatoes not green peppers!” and she keeps going on.
