I have no issues with the staff or food. It's a subway, you know what you're in for same as every other fast food option. However, whether it's company policy or just this greedy owner, the debit tips do not go to the staff. If you are planning on tipping, do it in cash.
This is easily the best subway I go to. I get the best service ever, from all staff but especially Deepali. Always extremely friendly and very accommodating.
