Really disappointed with the way I was treated by the lady working here today, August 31, 2026, at around 5:20 PM. I asked if I could use the washroom, and she responded in a very rude and dismissive tone, saying, “That’s only for customers,” without even knowing whether I was a customer or not. It’s not the policy that bothered me—it was the disrespectful tone and attitude. There’s a polite way to communicate with people. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
