Me and my friend got the chicken rancher on flat bread and sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad. As someone who eats subway quite often and regularly, I can say the actual service is horrendous. The lady working put a very minimal amount of chicken on my sandwhich and when I told her, she got angry at me. Employees were skimping out on portions with meat, then when I asked for them to put a full portion they tried charging me for double meat. Then when asking for sauces, I specifically asked for one line of sauce, for three different sauces. They ended up overloading my sub with sauce that I didn’t ask for. Disappointing compared to other subways on campus.
Good service here. Food is standard quality for fast food but the meal of the day combo is a good deal and my go-to order.
At 9:04 on 25/6/26, I went to the location at 9013 112th St NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 2C5 (Located centrally inside the HUB Mall complex). The indian lady is for some reason putting literally hardly any ingredients and said they put more than required. Wont be coming here again. Putting only finger amounts of ingredients that I have never seen before. I will be filing a complaint to the alberta trades commission. I understand the cost of everything but at the same time consistency needs to be met when they are willing to raise the price of everything.
