While I was at the subway around 2:40 pm , both employees looked in my direction, whispered to each other, and began laughing. Oh god never order from here , no customer was there . They started making my order after 10 mints and then when she started making my order she cut the bread not in 6 inch but it was for sure 4 inches . Then i asked to add all veggies, she filled my sandwich with lettuce and i barely see other veggies. After that i asked to add saus she just added 2 3 drops of saus then gave me the plain and dry sandwich. Charged me 9 dollars . Disgusting. Old lady worked here is so so sooooo rude .. it seems like she dont want to take order. Last time , i aksed her to add extra onion she said you already have onion .. like what… its been 3-4 times same happened with me but everytime i ignored ..
This was the WORST experience of my life at any restaurant, and it’s all because of an employee named Harman. She has the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen in customer service. From the moment I walked in, she looked annoyed, rolled her eyes at customers, and acted like we were disturbing her by ordering food. She was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional.
