Rude staff and worst Customer Service.
They turn their oven off 15 mins before close and only offer anything cold. If the sign says 9pm, you serve customers until 9pm. Pure laziness.
Placed order on the subway app coldcut combo and six inch steak and bacon cheese melt with extra veggies they somehow forgot the cheese and extra veggies on both subs! Brutal terrible location!
On one of the worst road condition nights this year, we had to go back 3 different times and ended up without half of our food. The first time we received the wrong persons food. Went back a second time and when we got home realized the food we had been given had bites taken out of it. Went back a third time and the lady refused to remake the sub because she said the bread was reserved for other orders and said the bite was not her fault because the person who she accidentally gave the order to did not disclose they tried it... read more
