Yesterday, between 1:00–1:30 PM, I visited the restaurant with my family and placed a digital pickup order for three footlong subs. After picking up the order, I requested that one six-inch portion be cut in half, which is a reasonable request. I was made to wait 3–5 minutes while a staff member came from the back.
