Walked up today at 6:45 pm lady working was busy talking to someone okay fine she definitely saw me waiting. Waited 5 minutes till she turns to me and goes “we’re closed” I said why didn’t you say that 5 minutes ago apparently she “didn’t see me” (I was right in front of her) guess she was too busy talking to her friend to do her job 🤷♀️
Worst experience because of rude customer service.A girl (AMRIT)seemed irritated from the moment we arrived and spoke to us in a very disrespectful tone. When we asked a simple question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Her attitude was so unprofessional that I almost said, “If you don’t want to work, don’t come.” It’s frustrating when customers are treated poorly just because someone doesn’t feel like doing their job.
Bread was rock hard. Worst subway I’ve ever had
