i don’t even want to give one star . worst staff ever i would never ever will visit again . Lady who was preparing my order so cold even knew her name still i don’t want to raise any problems related to her job . What if someone don’t know how to order then you will make fun of them ? Where’s the manners? You ruined someone’s whole day .
I was there to pick up my online order and I saw an Asian lady preparing my order because I was waiting there. when I got back home, sandwiches were really hard like rock. I had to call twice at the store because someone hung up on me and the girl who picked up my second call she was very polite while she was explaining everything to her manager someone was yelling in the back "SOME PEOPLE CHEAT THEY JUST WANT REFUND". Ordered BOGO online and my order ended up getting pushed back & I waited for 14 people to get their food even tho I paid half hour before they did.When I got my order their was no meat on 1 of my subs .. worst subway in edmonton
I visited Subway around 7:30 PM and there was a huge lineup, but only one employee working. I honestly felt bad for her because she had to handle everything on her own. Despite that, she was very polite, hardworking, and surprisingly quick while serving everyone. She did a great job under pressure, but the store really needs to have more staff during busy hours. It’s not fair for one person to manage such a rush alone. Overall, good service from the employee, but management should definitely improve staffing.
