Good staff and fresh food
We decided to give this location another try, but once again, we were extremely disappointed. We ordered ahead for convenience, and it really highlighted how skimpy they are with the toppings. There was barely any lettuce, just two cucumber slices, and three pickles — it was basically all bun. I wouldn’t recommend ordering ahead. At least when you go into the store, you can ask for a reasonable amount of toppings. So disappointing. We’re really hoping a Firehouse opens up in our neighborhood soon.
Super Staff and amazing service.
We called to place an order for pick up, was told in the middle of our order that she can’t talk because there were too many customers that had just come in and she’d have to call us back. I informed her that we were the customers that were being dealt with prior to those arriving and I had one sub left to order, she proceeded to tell me no, I said please it won’t take long. She finally took my order I said thank you so much and before I could let her know when we’d be there to pick it up I was hung up on. She was disrespect... read more
