I went in to get a sub and my boyfriend went to use the bathroom the bathroom was disgusting, the seating area had food all over the tables that had not been wiped, there was flies flying over the food area and on top of that the lady was about to cut my sandwich with a dirty cutting knife and I asked her to clean the knife before cutting my sandwich and she rolled her eyes at me. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but what if I had been allergic to something on the previous sandwich HELLOO YOURE WORKING WITH FOOD

I was just at this location for a couple subs and while I was waiting for the lady to finish up with another customer a man probably owner or manager comes running in throws some gloves on with his dirty stained north face jacket on no apron no subway shirt I dont believe he even washed his hands. I asked him to take off his coat before making my sandwich as it is a outside article of clothing and he refused. I said I would wait for the nice lady then. Great experience at the 24 Street Subway! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My order was prepared exactly as requested, with fresh ingredients and accurate portion sizes. A special thanks to the employee wearing a hijab. She was kind, professional, and made my dinner enjoyable with her great service. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again. Highly recommended!
