Worst subway experience. I did not get my subway as instructed when order online.

I ordered a Subway sandwich through Skip, and this was a really disappointing experience. I paid extra for smashed avocado, but there was no avocado in my sandwich at all. On top of that, I specifically requested toasted bread, but it arrived completely untoasted. The overall taste was also very poor, which made it even more frustrating considering the money spent. Missing items and not following basic instructions is not acceptable. I hope the store pays more attention to order accuracy and quality in the future.

I recently visited Subway and had a pretty good experience. The ingredients looked fresh, and the sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. I liked that there were plenty of options to customize everything, from the bread to the toppings and sauces.
