Complete garbage service was in the store for almost half an hour with one person in the store. There was no apologies and didn’t really seem to care about me as a customer won’t be going back.

Waited 25 mins to get a 6 inch sub and no one was in the restaurant. Then the girls were speaking a different language behind the counter. No sorry for the wait or nothing. Won’t be back

Horrible location and poor customer service skills. Would not recommend.I placed a mobile order today for one item, a footlong cold cut combo sub at 6:53pm and the order confirmation email said the order would be ready for pick up at 7:08pm. I got to the store at 7:11pm. There were two workers present at the counter and I told one of the workers that I was picking up my order and she asked my name which I provided then she told me “we just got your order, you have to wait”. This Subway is seriously understaffed, and it's frustrating. It's not fair to the customers or to the two ladies working there. They were doing their absolute best, staying professional and working nonstop, but with only two people trying to handle such a busy rush, the wait time was way too long. Management really needs to schedule more staff during busy hours. It's unfair to expect two employees to do the work of several people, and it creates a poor experience for everyone. The staff deserve better support.
