Terrible quality at this establishment. They messed up 3 out of 3 subs and a power bowl salad on a delivery order. Not one sub was right. When we went to the store receipt in hand the staff was rude, ignorant and refused to correct the issue. This is the worst Subway in Edmonton, don’t waste your money here, there’s plenty other subways that are wonderful. September 11, 2025 - from a very disappointed family

Order on the app didn't go through since the app doesn't work. Walked in and the employs told us it worked when it didn't. Waited 15 minutes for them to act confused when we asked about the order. When talking to the workers about it they acted annoyed and didn't do anything to try and help. We had to reorder again which took a long yime and overall the employs made the experience worse with their horrible attitude and lack of help. I would strongly recommend you go anywhere else or even to another subway.

There should be an option for ZERO STARS. Disgusting! Will never step foot in that Subway again! Slap the meat on, I asked for double meat and I questioned it she put it all in the middle then after I said something mixed it around no way it was double meat. The lettuce was rotten I mentioned it and she says to me that's how we get it. Really how do you run a franchise like this.

This is hands down the worst location in Edmonton. It’s disgusting, dirty, and honestly you’re risking your health eating here. Vegetables rotten, old sketchy looking meat, hardened cheeses etc. It’s never gotten better - just worse every time we’ve gone in. Will literally never be back.

I ordered a box of veggie subs and pre-paid for them. When I went to pick them up, they weren't ready. I had to wait for the order to be fulfilled. Terrible service; will not return.
