During my visit yesterday at Subway, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever because of an employee named Rutik. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. His tone and attitude were completely unacceptable for anyone in a customer service role. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The service was ridiculously slow — I waited over 15 minutes just to get a simple sandwich, and there weren’t even many people in line. The employee, Rutik, looked like he didn’t care at all and threw my sandwich together like it was a chore. The bread was dry, the veggies looked old, and the whole store felt dirty and unorganized. This was absolutely the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably slow — I waited over 20 minutes for a simple sandwich. When it was finally my turn, the employee named Rutik started arguing with me for no reason. He was rude, dismissive, and even started swearing at customers. Completely unacceptable behavior.
