This delivery was handled extremely poorly. I ordered my subs on Italian Herb and Cheese but received plain white bread. I also requested crispy onions (with extra in the special instructions), but they substituted them for red onions—which I didn’t ask for—without contacting me. When I called to resolve this, the manager, "How," was incredibly unprofessional. Horrible service. Horrible quality. Dude voided my order while I sat and waited. Didn’t even say a word to me. Once I called him to the front, he tried to ignore me initially then he kept telling me to wait.
Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Comfortable place to sit and eat.Employees were friendly and handled the rush really well. Appreciated the professionalism
