Great service by Navi
Got a plain sandwich, the bread was rock hard and my chicken was sour and rotten. After going up there to tell the cashier she asked me to clarify how it was bad and I had to repeat using different words, bad, rotten, sour etc before she understood. I told her she should remove it and dispose of it and she said she was going to but didn't (meaning she knew she was serving bad chicken). There was only a few scoops of the chicken left but it was not kept in a safe manner if it was served rotten.

The experience at this Subway was very bad. I am non-vegetarian, but my wife is vegetarian. When the Subway employee started filling the sandwich, they mixed the vegetables at the same time and didn’t even change their gloves before handling the non-vegetarian items. The quantity of vegetables was also very less. So many people are making complaints, but I really don’t understand why Subway is not taking any action.
