Everything was okay. The lady working there greeted me nicely and started my order. But when i asked her to grill my sandwich she refused to do say. She said that it would be messy and that she is unable to do so. This happened again when i visited recently at this subway. She refused again. I dont understand. I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered two sandwiches through the app, as I do almost every day at different Subway stores around Edmonton since it’s my lunch during my break. I always order extra lettuce and extra spinach. Normally, I either receive it directly, or if it’s not enough, I go to the counter and politely ask for more.
