Very poor customer service. I visited Subway around 4:30–5:00 PM, and a male employee named Rohan working at the front spoke to me extremely rudely. I was simply trying to explain that I had placed a pickup order online and had forgotten to add a note about how I wanted the dressing. I stopped by Subway at Kingsway Mall for lunch today during my visit to the mall. The service was impressively prompt, with three staff members attending to customers—two gentlemen and a lady. Unfortunately, one of the staff members was rather discourteous, which detracted noticeably from the overall experience and cost the establishment a star. Very disappointed with my experience at this Subway in Kingsway Mall. I came in two different days specifically to get the broccoli soup, but both times it was unavailable. If the soup isn’t being offered, it shouldn’t be listed on the menu. It was frustrating to make the trip twice and not be able to get what I came for. I hope they can either keep it available or update the menu so customers aren’t misled.
