I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location today. When I asked for a bag, the staff member told me it would cost 25 cents. I was surprised because I’ve never been charged for a bag before, but that wasn’t the main issue. What made the experience uncomfortable was when another employee asked me, “Do you live in Edmonton?” in a tone that felt disrespectful. Every time I have visited this subway, they are out of habanero jack cheese and/or sometimes other ingredients as well. I understand being out of something every once in a while, however I tend to visit this location 1-3 times a week on my way home from work, as it is the only thing open late at that’s decently healthy.
