I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience at your store. When we visited today, I placed my order politely. However, after i paid, one of your staff member told me, “Don’t shout on me next time when you come.” This was completely untrue and very disrespectful — I never raised my voice. I had a great experience at Subway, Special Thanks to Shreya. She was very polite, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. She maintained great hygiene, worked efficiently even when it was busy, and greeted every customer with a smile. Her positive attitude makes the place so welcoming. Highly recommend visiting this place!

I visited Subway today with my husband. We ordered politely, but one of the staff members misunderstood and thought my husband shouted at her. It was not the case — we spoke normally.
