Placing an order online and it not being ready is frustrating and canceling my order is worse. I’m not about to wait until it’s ready when it says online the app it’s ready. I was at the register and the lady that was counting the money said she couldn’t help me bc she wasn’t clocked in. That is wage theft or she couldn’t help me out bc she didn’t want to do her job bc she was so focused on counting. You all need to hire more people and get it together.
I spent all of my lunch waiting for my online order. What's the point of placing an online order of you do walks in 1st very disappointing
