Just went to grab some subs for lunch for me and my coworker. Customer service was very dry and had to repeat everything mutiple times. To top it off ended up having hair in my sub.
I have come here a lot but not for the last few weeks. Today the bread was hard obviously not fresh and I didn't find out till I got it home to eat. Prices up a lot too so not a good choice for lunch anymore.
I had already scheduled my order for pickup, showed up on time, and the girl REFUSED to help me. That is completely unacceptable. I don’t know who she is, but she was closing earlier than the scheduled time. This is terrible customer service, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like that. I took a screenshot on the time.
Don't accept theit own coupon for the hot honey All other do, and they gave the excuse that this is franchise ALL of the subway are franchise Is just the owner not wanting to spend more
The lady who just took my order at 12:12pm 6/17/25, there is no need to show vivid annoyance in your face/communication. Very unprofessional to bring outside emotions to your work environment and bring negative influence onto customers. Hope to come again next visit and see a change.
