I had already scheduled my order for pickup, showed up on time, and the girl REFUSED to help me. That is completely unacceptable. I don’t know who she is, but she was closing earlier than the scheduled time. This is terrible customer service, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like that. I took a screenshot on the time.

The lady who just took my order at 12:12pm 6/17/25, there is no need to show vivid annoyance in your face/communication. Very unprofessional to bring outside emotions to your work environment and bring negative influence onto customers. Hope to come again next visit and see a change.
Place an order for pick up, I paid for double meat, and they didn’t add it. I compared it to a second sandwich I got without double meat and both sandwiches had the same amount of meat.
