The short light skinned girl with thick eyeliner who works here, don’t know if she’s the manager or what but she is very rude & condescending for absolutely no reason. Had a problem with charging me for 2 separate transactions…not sure why.. She seemed standoffish and was shoving chairs back in angrily after we sat down on them. I am very obviously pregnant. I walked into this location this morning to place an order. There was one person ahead of me making an order. I waited until they were finished talking and asked for the restroom code while I waited. The woman behind the counter said I could only have the code if I was a customer. I explained that I was going to place an order after and asked for the code again. She held her hand up to my face and said I needed to wait. I walked out. This is my local subway, I come in for lunch about 2-3 times a week. Today I stopped by w/my coupon they mailed me, just to be told they won't accept my coupon unless I use the app. No where on the coupon does it say that. So I took my5 little bucks to KFC where I don't need any coupons & they gladly accepted my money. If they aren't going to honor their deals, I wish they would stop mailing trash.
