Stopped service to refill sauces. Was waiting 20 minutes for them to resume. Not sure why it takes 2 people to refill sauces. Understand it’s late and dealing with drunk people is exhausting but it’s not hard to keep the sauces topped up through service. Poorly managed and staff were unaccommodating
Disrespectful staff, long waits, the staff needs to be reviewed, even Ubers wait a lot, I see everyone complaining a lot, the staff needs to be reviewed.
Had a strange and uncomfortable experience. The person at the register was noticeably passive aggressive. Before leaving, I tried to order one last item that was clearly still visible in the display, but I was suddenly told it wasn’t available. The whole interaction just felt off and left me feeling uneasy. This isn't the subway I remeber. I didn't feel fresh leaving. I miss the $5.00 foot long days when there was kind and happy staff...
Dissatisfied once again.. ordered a Pizza Sub online paid extra for Avo which they did not add and was stingy with salads - typical for a Subway nowadays. Best to watch them make your order to avoid being ripped off
