Really average subway. Been a few times as it’s close by, one of the times my ‘cooked’ chicken was cold. Went again, waited for 15 minutes while the server got the customers order wrong multiple and had to remake it, just for her to ask when it was my turn ‘do you have cash, the machine’s broken.’ Would’ve taken 1 second to let me know when I walked in.
Incredibly slow service, I think the turtle beat the hare in this time. Weirdest music. Worst staff. My sub was cold after it was “toasted”. Clear reason why I avoid this subway
Terrible experience, rude workers that got my order wrong twice and rushed my sandwich and didn’t seem to care, also have heard of rats infesting this restaurant also chapel st junkies walking in and being weird forced me to leave DO NOT GO HERE
Ordered a juice with my footlong, and it was EXPIRED. Placed and received order on the 22/1, and the juice expired 19/1. Not to mention the fact I had already drank majority of the juice before noticing! Will never be purchasing from Subway Prahran AGAIN!! Beware fellow Subway goers!!!
