I’ve been a loyal subway customer for 30 plus years always leave tips I enjoy the food and service but lately the last two times I come after 8am when it says their open at 8 and the worker who opens the door doesn’t unlock the door after 10 to 15 mins after 8 but continuously watching me until I leave to unlock the door and I’m feeling like he doesn’t want to service African Americans the door is open for other races on time which I have witnessed on many occasions so my wife calls in about the issue and asked to speak to a... read more
Good guy making the sandwich. No sign indicating that coupons were not accepted. Only after my sandwich was made was I told. Probably won’t come back
Following an online order pickup, I received three sandwiches, all of which had hard, crumbling bread. Additionally, one sandwich was prepared incorrectly, despite the straightforward nature of the order. I request a full refund of $30.05.
They don't let you use coupons.And they only heat food in the microwave
The staff there are sooo so very nice! They were very adaptable, well maneuvered and left a fantastic impression on me. I hope to have the three as my servers during my next visit. :)
