The service was okay but a busy store. They need more help inside the store. There's enough parking place there. That place is neat and clean. The neighborhood is okay. Not too hard to find. The food is okay. The price was okay. I did not wait too long to get service.🥪🥤🍞
The worker saw that I was holding a coupon and told me that they don't accept coupons of a couple specific types. I found this very odd. Why make a coupon sheet and it to hundreds of thousands of people and then say we don't accept those. Pretty bad service. They should of just accepted them and moved on.
Can you please not charge customers for their sandwiches before you take them down the line to see everything they want on their sandwich. For example I decided I wanted avocado and the lady told me no because I should have told the girl at the register. I asked if she can charge it as a side she said no, I then ask her to reimburse me, she said no because there wasn’t a manager around and she didn’t know how to do it.
Got the hot and honey sub, and it's (Fire) good.... not too spicy and not too sweet, just right. need to keep that sauce forever.
It's clean and and they were friendly but the service was a bit slow. Maybe acknowledge your customers when they come in so they don't leave when the wait is so long.
